The difference between a programme and a coach.

A programme is a static document. Coaching is a continuous conversation.

Until now, only the wealthy or the elite had access to the conversation. Everyone else got the document. Written once, never updated, indifferent to recovery, indifferent to perceived exertion, indifferent to whether last Tuesday actually happened.
